Autograph #165 – Today we received a response from our Autograph Request #90 to former MLB pitcher Andy McGaffigan. He signed our autograph request letter. It took 17 days to receive his response. We sent our request to his work address Andy McGaffigan c/o Northwestern Mutual, 1476 Town Center Dr, Suite N218, Lakeland, FL 33803-7971. Thanks Mr. McGaffigan!

McGaffigan was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 6th round of the 1978 MLB June Amateur Draft from Florida Southern College. He made it to the majors in 1981 with the Yankees. In 1982, he was traded to the San Francisco Giants where he pitched from 1982-1983. In 1984, before the start of the regular season, he was traded to the Montreal Expos who during the 1984 season traded him to Cincinnati Reds. At the end of the 1985 season, the Reds traded him back to the Giants. Before the 1990 season, the Giants traded him to the Expos who release him. McGaffigan then signed as a free agent with the Kansas City Royals. He pitched for the Royals until 1991.
