Autograph #166 – This is another autograph through the mail that we acquired some time ago. This is a 3.5X5″ autograph photograph of Gene Richards with the San Diego Padres. I do not have any record of when I requested it or received it.

Richards was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 1st round (1st) of the 1975 MLB January Draft-Regular Phase from South Carolina State University. He played leftfield and first base for the Padres from 1977-1983. Richards finished his career in 1984 playing for the San Francisco Giants.
