Autograph #192 – Today we received a response from our Autograph Request #116 – Russ Courtnall of the Toronto Maple Leafs. It took 16 days to received a response. He sent us a signed 1988-89 Topps trading card. We sent our request to Russ Courtnall, 2417 Stafford Road, Thousand Oaks CA 91361. Thanks Mr. Courtnall.

Courtnall was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1st round (7th overall) of the 1983 NHL Entry. He played with the Maple Leafs through part of the 1988-89 season when he was traded by the Toronto Maple Leafs to the Montreal Canadiens. Courtnall played with the Canadiens until the beginning of the 1992-93 season when he was traded by the Montreal Canadiens to the Minnesota Wild. He played with the Dallas Stars in the 1993-94 season. Courtnall started the 1994-95 season with the Stars who traded him toward the end of the season to the Vancouver Canucks. He played with the Canucks till they traded him to the New York Rangers in March 1997. Courtnall finished his career from 1997-1999 with the Los Angeles Kings.
