Jefferson was the starting quarterback for the University of Arkansas from 2021-2023. He decided to transfer at the end of the 2023 season to the University of Central Florida. Jefferson played the first 5 games for UCF and was benched for the rest of the season. He was not drafted or signed a professional contract once he left UCF.
