Autograph #272 – Acquired in a trade on the Trading Card Database for our personal collection – 2019 Topps Chrome Rookie Autographs Blue Refractor #RA-WA Willians Astudillo AU, SN 62/150

Astudillo was signed out of Venezuela as an amateur free agent by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2008. He played for the Phillies in the Venezuelan Summer League from 2008 to 2011 and then in the Phillies minor league system from 2012-2015. He was granted free agency in 2016 and signed with the Atlanta Braves. He played in the Braves minors 2016 and was granted free agency. He signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2017 and played in their minor league system. He was granted free agency again. He signed with the Minnesota Twins and made his MLB debut on June 30, 2018 again the Chicago Cubs. Astudillo played in 29 games for the Twins in 2018, 58 in 2019, 8 in 2020 and 72 in 2021. He was released by the Twins and signed with the Miami Marlins in 2022. He played in 21 games for the Marlins. After his release from the Marlins, we played on several foreign league teams. In 2025, Astudillo was playing with the Cardenales de Lara in the Venezuelan Winter League.
