Autograph #327 – This is a 3X5 autographed index card from McKay Christensen while he was playing for the Chicago White Sox. I don’t have a record of when I sent it to him but I did list on the back of the index card that I received it on September 8, 2000.

Christensen was drafted by the California Angels in the 1st round (6th) of the 1994 MLB June Amateur Draft from Clovis West HS in Fresno, CA. The Angels traded him the Chicago White Sox on July 27, 1995. He made his MLB debut on April 6, 1996 vs the Seattle Mariners. He played in 28 games that year. He played for the White Sox till July 13, 2001 when he was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers. He played in 28 games for the Dodgers that year. He was waived by the Dodgers and picked up by the New York Mets. He finished his MLB career with the Mets playing in 4 games in 2002. In 2003, he played in AAA for the Philadelphia Phillies and 2004 at AAA for the Cincinnati Red.
