Autograph #376 – This is an autographed 1991 Donruss trading card of Doug Dascenzo while with the Chicago Cubs. We do not have a record of when we mailed or received his response nor do we have a record of where we mailed it.

Dascenzo was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 12th round of the 1985 MLB June Amateur Draft from Oklahoma State University. He made his MLB on September 2, 1988 vs the Cincinnati Reds going 3 for 5 at bats. He played in 443 games for the Cubs till 1992. He was granted free agency at the end of the 1992 season. He signed with the Texas Rangers in 1993 and was granted free agency at the end of the season. He signed with the New York Mets in 1994 but played for their AAA tram. He was granted free agency at the end of 1994 and signed in 1995 with the Florida Marlins. Again, he played in AAA for the Marlins in 1995. He was granted free agency and signed with the San Diego Padres for 1996. He played for their AAA team but did get called up by the Padres and played in 21 games. He played for the Padres AAA team in 1997 and 1998.
