Autograph #361 – Friday, May 15, 2026, we received the below autograph from former NFL QB Bobby Douglass. What is odd about this one, it has our return address when we lived in Slidell, LA and was forwarded to our current home outside of Ponchatoula, LA. We had stopped writing for autographs sometime in 2018. Mr. Douglass included a nice note apologizing for the delay as our request was misplaced. He had his return address on the envelope as 288 Granby Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Thank you Mr. Douglass!

Douglasss was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 2nd round (41st overall) of the 1969 NFL Draft out of the University of Kansas. Douglass played with the Bears from 1969 to part of 1975 where he picked up with the San Diego Chargers. From 1976 to 1977, he played with the New Orleans Saints and finished his career in 1978 with the Green Bay Packers.
