Autograph #362, 363 & 364 – Today we received in the mail a respond from our Autograph Request #193 – Max Alvis. We received autograph trading cards and he signed our request letter. It took only 30 days to received his response. We sent our autograph request to Max Alvis, 2100 Champions Drive, Lufkin, TX. 75901-7724. Thanks Mr. Alvis!!

Alvis was signed as an amateur free agent by the Cleveland Indians before the 1958 season. He debut at 3rd base for the Indians September 11, 1962. He played with the Indians till 1969 when he was traded to the Milwaukee Brewers before the start of the 1970 season. He finished his MLB career that season in Milwaukee. Alvis was a 2X All Star in 1965 & 1967.

Autograph #363 – Though I could not find a 1971 Topps card, what he sent me was in the 1971 design but the back is blank.
