Autograph #392 – This is an autographed 1992 Donruss trading card of Doug Drabek with the Pittsburgh Pirates. We do not have a record of when we mailed our request or received it. We do not have a record of the address that we mailed our request to.
Drabek was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 11th round of the 1983 MLB June Amateur Draft from University of Houston. In August 1984, he was traded to the New York Yankees. He made his MLB debut with the Yankees on May 30, 1986. He pitched in 27 games for the Yankees when he was traded after the 1986 season to the Pittsburgh Pirates. He pitched for the Pirates till the end of 1992 when he was granted free agency. He signed with the Houston Astros for the 1993 season and pitched for them till 1996. He was granted free agency after 1996 and signed with the Chicago White Sox for 1997. In 1998, he pitched for the Baltimore Orioles. He finished his career pitching in 398 games with a record of 155-134 with 1,594 strikeouts and an ERA of 3.73.
